This policy describes processing by LordCheats for this website, customer accounts, purchases, software delivery, and support. Contact: support@lordcheats.com.
Where OVGC processes a card purchase through its hosted checkout, it handles payment and related transaction information under its own privacy documentation and legal responsibilities.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, account status, and creation date.
- Order information: internal order reference, product, amount, currency, payment status, provider transaction reference, activation, and expiry dates.
- Support information: messages, optional order reference, contact details, and correspondence.
- Security information: IP-derived security hashes, login attempt timestamps, session data, and technical logs needed to prevent abuse.
We do not store your complete card number, card security code, or online-banking credentials.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; process and reconcile orders; provide purchased access; respond to support; prevent fraud and abuse; meet accounting, tax, compliance, and legal duties; and establish or defend legal claims.
Legal bases
Depending on the country and activity, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, or act with your consent where consent is required.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as needed with the payment provider, hosting and security providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and service providers acting under appropriate instructions or independent legal duties.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Payment data
When OVGC checkout is active, payment details are entered on OVGC’s hosted checkout. LordCheats receives limited transaction information such as a provider reference, customer email, and payment status so the order can be reconciled. Review the provider’s privacy policy on its checkout before payment.
Retention
Account and order records are retained while the account is active and for the period reasonably required for delivery, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Security attempts may be deleted on a shorter schedule. Support messages are retained only as long as needed for the request and related obligations.
Security
Passwords are stored using a one-way adaptive password hash. The application uses prepared database queries, CSRF protection, secure session cookies, login attempt limits, restricted security headers, and server-side payment verification. No system can provide absolute security.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal safeguards should be used for such transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to a competent data protection authority. Some information must be retained for legal, fraud, accounting, or dispute purposes.
